You’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle.
Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless you either skip the next order or cancel your subscription.
Absolutely. If opportunities to give aren't coming as frequently as they used to, you can skip as many months as you require without penalty.
You can skip 1, 2, 3 or even 4 months!

But don’t ask about 7, because the answer is… yes. You can even skip 7 months :)
We Accept All Major Credit and Debit Cards as payment for subscription orders.
We are unable to accept checks, money orders, gift cards or PayPal, or direct deposits.
We ship during the middle of the month of your billing cycle (around the 15th). You will not be charged any fees for shipping and/or handling.

We currently offer the following 3 options for subscription frequency: monthly, quarterly and annually (Business Solutions Page) . As we grow, we will be able to further customize shipping frequency.

Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes — most of which are non-returnable — we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have processed.
Please note cancellations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for.

We want to make giving easy but more than anything, we want you to be happy with our service.
Losing you would be like losing a best friend but, we want to make cancellation easy for you. Simply go to your account page and under your subscription section, you can cancel any time without penalty.
If you cancel before the 1st of the next shipment month, you will not be billed, nor will you receive another box. If cancellation occurs on or after the 1st day of the shipment month, the cancellation will apply to the next box.
Once shipped, Givlet boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.

When we host our give-a-thon, your cumulative contribution will account for a total number of Givlets that we will hand out. You will receive a summary about how many we passed out and when it happened!
We GIVE for you is a program where your contribution of 5 dollars a month = 1 Givlet that we will hand out on your behalf. The Givlet will be handed out during our outreach event. Every $5 you contribute will be a Givlet handed out to someone in need.

Yes! You can gift a subscription to Givlets. Gift subscriptions can be auto-renewed based on the months most important to you.
Gift givers still have the flexibility to cancel anytime.
